The Operations and Client Services team delivers strategic, enterprise scale software engineering solutions across a diverse portfolio of applications supporting internal stakeholders and the bank’s clients. As part of Corporate Bank Technology, the team operates within a strong engineering culture focused on technical excellence, continuous improvement, and talent development across front to back domains.
This VP level Engineering Manager role holds end to end accountability for engineering outcomes, combining senior people leadership, technical governance, and delivery ownership. The role sets clear engineering direction, builds and leads high performing teams, drives architectural and technology decisions, and remains sufficiently hands on to assure software quality, resilience, and sustainable delivery.
