Accountabilities:
- Own the full user journey across GPU clusters, including workflows and capacity management.
- Define the product direction from problem discovery to solution delivery and customer adoption.
- Conduct customer discovery through interviews and analytics to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead collaboration efforts across various platform teams for execution.
- Translate innovative ML and infrastructure ideas into practical product features.
- Establish success metrics and prioritize roadmap decisions based on data insights.
- Lead open-source strategy and execution for the control plane, fostering community engagement.

Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management or related fields such as ML infrastructure or cloud engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with orchestration tools like Slurm, Kubernetes, or Ray.
- Proven track record of delivering complex products through collaboration with engineering teams.
