Accountabilities: * Design, secure, extend, and customize system prompts for LLMs. * Develop and optimize retrieval pipelines for AI applications. * Implement context management and optimization strategies. * Evaluate new LLM releases and monitor their performance. * Design AI safety protocols and ensure compliance. * Develop scalable APIs for AI capabilities integration. * Manage deployment and scaling for LLM applications. * Implement observability and reliability measures for system performance. * Develop production-level Python code for AI features. * Contribute to knowledge sharing and research within the AI community.

Requirements:
- Strong German language skills (B2 level or higher) required.
- 4+ years of experience with Python and its data science ecosystem.
- Proven experience in prompt engineering and LLM analysis.
- Hands-on experience with LLM integration frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
- Experience designing and implementing retrieval pipelines.
- Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., PG Vector, FAISS).
- Strong understanding of embeddings and semantic search.
- Experience in context window optimization and prompt protection.
- Experience building APIs for AI systems.
- Background in logging, monitoring, and system observability.
