BI Associate with English

The BI Associate is responsible for managing, maintaining and building reporting tools for performance management in a call centre environment. This position creates and maintains standard and client reporting to fulfil contractual reporting obligations and standard organizational reporting.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:

  • Automation of reports from internal and client systems and distribute reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Build, maintain and enhance existing databases, reports and graphs to meet the reporting customers’ needs.
  • Add and enhance existing reporting solutions making report modifications.
  • Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.
  • Partner with business to communicate, coordinate the retrieval, processing and distribution of reports.
  • Reconcile databases and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain efficient performance reporting processes, databases and structure integrity.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as BI Associate/ Data Analyst/Business Analyst is required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English (C1)
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
  • Self-starter, strong sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with BPO business preferred
  • Knowledge of data transformation tools (Power Pivot, ETL, RDBMS, and Data Visualization) is required
  • Knowledge of M Language, T-SQL, SQL is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of reporting solutions ( Excel, Power BI, Domo)
  • Demonstrated ability to advocate reporting solutions in support of customer business goals and strategies
  • Strong attention to analytics and data management.
  • Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.
