- Min. 5–8 years of experience in IT project management, including SAP
- Experience in SAP transformation projects (migrations, upgrades, integrations), with SAP S/4HANA as a plus
- Strong delivery ownership, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project execution skills
- Good understanding of SAP integrations and basic knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and IT security
- Experience working with international and cross-functional teams
- Very good command of English (min. C1)
Nice to have:
- Experience with SAP cloud migrations (AWS/Azure) and hosting strategies
- Experience in global SAP rollouts
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO module
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
- Very good command of German
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP transformation initiatives (S/4Hana, migration, upgrades, integrations)
- Oversee SAP integration with external and enterprise systems
- ensure alignment with infrastructure, networking, and sercirity standards
