Project Description
The goal is to join a self-organizing QA team and lead testing initiatives across a microservices-based platform. The project involves close collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. You will drive testing strategies, automation, and best practices across the full development lifecycle, with a strong focus on API and end-to-end testing.

What You'll Do
- Design and implement test strategies and test plans
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts (API, E2E, contract, performance)
- Perform manual testing for complex scenarios
- Implement test automation for microservices architecture
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Identify, track, and manage defects
- Maintain test documentation (test cases, plans, reports)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality
- Mentor QA engineers and promote best practices
- Monitor quality metrics and continuously improve testing processes

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA / Test Automation
- Strong experience with API testing and microservices-based systems
- Hands-on experience with Python
- Deep understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies
- Experience with various testing types (E2E, API, contract, performance, UI)
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of cloud platforms (GCP or similar)
- Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Ability to create and maintain test documentation and strategies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
