We are looking for an experienced SIT Test Manager or SIT Test Analyst with strong exposure to Capital Markets to lead or contribute to System Integration Testing (SIT) activities for large-scale Market Finance projects. The role focuses on defining and executing testing strategies for the implementation of Capital Markets packaged solutions, ensuring system quality, reliability, and alignment with business requirements.

As a SIT Test Manager

  • Define, build, and own the SIT test strategy for Capital Markets projects
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise SIT phases across multiple systems and interfaces
  • Manage test scopes, schedules, resources, and dependencies
  • Align testing strategy with business, IT, and project stakeholders
  • Ensure test coverage for end-to-end business processes (FO / MO / BO)
  • Monitor test execution, defect management, and reporting
  • Manage risks related to quality, timelines, and system integration
  • Provide clear reporting on test status and quality metrics

As a SIT Test Analyst

  • Design and execute SIT test cases based on functional specifications
  • Validate interfaces, data flows, and system integrations
  • Contribute to the execution of end-to-end test scenarios
  • Log, track, and analyze defects and support root cause analysis
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and business users
  • Support regression testing and test result documentation

MUST
  • Previous experience in Capital Markets within an Asset Servicer, Asset Manager, or Investment Bank
  • Proven experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) for similar projects
  • Strong background in projects involving the implementation of Capital Markets packaged solutions (e.g. Calypso, Murex, Orchestrade)
  • Experience defining and executing test strategies for complex, multi-system environments
  • Good understanding of the Capital Markets trade lifecycle
  • Knowledge of Front Office, Middle Office, and/or Back Office processes
  • Familiarity with financial instruments (derivatives, equities, fixed income, FX, etc.)
  • Test strategy definition and test planning
  • Test case design and execution
  • Defect lifecycle management
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g. ALM, Jira, TestRail, or similar)
  • Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments
