Programmatic Product Manager - Strategy & Commerce

Position Summary
The Product Manager leads efforts across its own craft and serves as ambassadors for their craft across the organization and to our partners and clients. The product manager looks for opportunities to push our business forward through maximizing revenue, identifying new technologies, and leading the research/training/adoption of new technology partners. Within the Addressable team there are multiple crafts: Tech, Operations, Hubbing, Strategy, Commerce and emerging media where the product managers stand as expert and point of contact for clients and colleagues.
The Product manager has a combined role: focus on quality of their craft in the team and be a strategy lead on one of the top tiers Kinesso clients. This role requires a profound understanding of contemporary programmatic ad tech, deep experience with optimization to a variety of branding & DR KPIs, and the ability to share that expertise both internally to direct reports and externally to client and agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy lead on one of the top tier addressable advertisers.
- Expert and first point of contact for his/here craft.
- Ability to prioritize and identify any opportunities to upsell emerging channels like CTV, Audio, Native, Social extension, DOOH, BVOD etc.
- Look at the whole picture of the marketing strategy and analyze programmatic roles in media mix.
- Key support person presents at any direct client meeting or agency presentation.
- Ability to assess priority and delegate to team members effectively.
- Building frameworks for client growth through Addressable strategies.
- Build team framework for educational workshops/innovation sessions to clients and agency
- Understand client objectives and challenges including external factors that may impact the client business.
- Investigate and help the team to solve problems and clearly communicate results/solutions.
- Become an expert in the use and best practices for multiple Demand Side Platforms, offering insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness through deep use of each platforms functionality, although in-console campaign management may not be a part of this role.
- Strong management skills that helps to motivate people, give constructive feedback and coach them with their career progression.
- Ability to forecast and foresee gaps in resource or need for new hires in future and managing accordingly.
- Clear understanding of each person's workload and responsibility within his team - with agility to re-distribute accounts when needed and / or provide extra support to team members by creating a flexible working environment.
- Liaise with the agency and clients at a senior level for any serious matters, foreseen issues, problem solving. Be able to devise and implement problem-solving strategies and solutions that will benefit both the agency and their clients
- Work with agency counterparts to drive better integrations and more streamlined working process.
