Product Designer
As our next Product Designer, you’ll own the quality of features from discovery through to delivery, running your own design process within a squad and working closely with cross-functional partners to ship meaningful outcomes.
Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:
- Owning a feature or improving an existing experience end-to-end
- Turning complex problems into simple, intuitive, accessible flows
- Using our design system and brand guidelines to deliver high-quality work
- Prototyping and testing ideas with users to validate decisions
- Working closely with PMs, Engineers, Researchers and Analysts to shape solutions
- Presenting your work clearly, explaining your thinking and trade-offs
- Contributing to your product area and improving how the team works

Requirements:

- A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction and visual design craft.
- Confidence in managing your own design process from discovery through to delivery.
- Experience prototyping and gathering user feedback to validate decisions.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and openness to feedback.
- Clear communication skills and confidence in presenting your work.
