You'll be great for this role if you have: * Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (or a comparable BI tool), backed by a portfolio that shows how dashboard complexity has been reduced through smart structure, drill-down design, and metric hierarchy * Solid SQL skills for analysis and validation, with comfort reading and writing queries independently across large datasets * Experience selecting and refining KPIs, including understanding tradeoffs, avoiding vanity metrics, and aligning metric choices to business goals * Excellent ability to translate ambiguous questions into measurable metrics and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders * A product mindset when it comes to data — treating dashboards as something with an audience, a primary question, and a cognitive load to actively manage
