UX & Brand Designer – DTC / E-commerce
This freelance role sits at the intersection of UX design, brand storytelling, and performance marketing within a fast-moving DTC environment. You will be responsible for transforming high-conversion, text-heavy pages into visually compelling, brand-led experiences without compromising their performance impact. The role requires a strong balance between creative design thinking and conversion-driven UX optimization. You will collaborate closely with growth and marketing teams to ensure every design decision supports measurable business outcomes. Operating in a remote, project-based setup, you will help shape the visual direction of key digital touchpoints including landing pages, product pages, and email assets. This is an opportunity to directly influence both brand perception and conversion performance in a high-growth consumer space.
Accountabilities:
- Redesign and optimize landing pages and product pages to improve visual hierarchy, UX flow, and overall brand presentation while maintaining conversion performance
- Translate performance-driven, copy-heavy layouts into more visual, engaging, and brand-aligned digital experiences
- Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to ensure design decisions support experimentation, conversion goals, and user acquisition metrics
- Develop and refine UX structures that improve readability, engagement, and customer journey clarity across web pages
- Contribute to the evolution of brand identity across digital touchpoints, including web and email design systems
- Balance direct-response marketing requirements with elevated visual storytelling and premium brand positioning
- Use Figma to design, iterate, and deliver production-ready design assets for implementation
