- Very strong practical experience in the priority areas:
- CMDB
- HAM Pro
- Discovery
- Agent Client Collector
- Proven ability to troubleshoot ServiceNow issues, especially Discovery-related errors
- Strong scripting skills supporting CMDB / HAM / Discovery use cases
- Very good knowledge of JavaScript, especially in ServiceNow scripting
- Experience developing and maintaining:
- Ability to build workflows and automation using:Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub
Responsibilities
- Configuration, remediation and development of ServiceNow solutions with primary focus on CMDB, HAM and Discovery
- Identification and remediation of Discovery errors and related data quality issues
- Advanced troubleshooting within ServiceNow, especially in CMDB / HAM / Discovery
- Development and optimisation of scripts supporting CMDB, HAM and Discovery areas
- Independent delivery of technical tasks in line with ServiceNow best practices
- Close cooperation with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Documentation of implemented solutions and progress reporting
