Join us as a Senior Project Manager - CRM Data Guardian within Barclays, where you will work on a strategic programme focused on improving data quality, accuracy, and integrity across the organisation. This initiative is central to ensuring trusted data, eliminating duplication, and strengthening governance standards to support better decision-making and regulatory compliance.
The role will include; leading end-to-end delivery of data-focused projects, ensuring robust planning, tracking, and reporting of progress and working closely with data, technology, and business stakeholders to drive improvements in data quality and governance practices.
This position is based in London.
To be successful as a Senior Project Manager, you should have:
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale, business-critical projects across cross-functional teams and multiple regions
• Strong project management capabilities, including planning, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including presenting to senior-level stakeholders
Some other highly valued skills may include (3 desirable skills):
• Experience working with Data Engineering or Analytics teams, with an understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, data governance frameworks, and BI tools
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and tracking delivery progress across complex initiatives
• Good understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban
