Role Overview We are looking for a highly analytical Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. You will act as a critical "backend engine," building the data foundations and analytical models that enable data-driven decisions for both our supply (platforms) and demand (sales) sides.

You will dive deep into complex datasets, build automated reporting pipelines, and uncover actionable insights that drive our strategy with global platforms like TikTok, Microsoft, Google, X, Spotify, and others.

What you'll do:

  • Extract and analyze complex data.
  • Query, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, performance metrics, and market insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Build and maintain BI dashboards.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports using Looker Studio to provide real-time visibility into business performance for executive and partner discussions.
  • Support strategic projects.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses for platform RFP responses, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategic initiatives that shape Aleph’s partnerships and revenue strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Work closely with strategists, sales teams, and regional leadership to define data requirements, understand their business challenges, and deliver quantitative solutions.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Identify performance anomalies, revenue opportunities, and market risks by packaging raw data into structured, easy-to-consume analytical models and insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance.
  • Establish clear data validation frameworks, optimize queries, and maintain high standards for data accuracy and documentation internally.

Who you are:

  • Highly analytical and problem-solving oriented.
  • You have a strong quantitative background and enjoy tackling complex business questions through rigorous data analysis.
  • Technically proficient in data tools.
  • You possess strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation, and you are highly proficient in at least one major BI visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio). Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are a must; experience with Python a strong plus.
  • Business-minded. You don’t just pull numbers; you understand the business context behind the data and can connect your analysis directly to revenue growth, efficiency, and key opportunities.
  • A clear communicator. You can translate complex technical findings and data models into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
  • Structured and detail-oriented. You are meticulous about data accuracy, organize your code and queries logically, and ensure all deliverables meet a high-quality standard before they reach stakeholders.
  • Interested in digital media or advertising.
  • Experience in digital advertising analytics, media agencies, ad-tech, or similar environments is a strong plus, though not strictly required.
