You will be joining SimCorp’s Product Division, working on one of our most critical front‑office capabilities — Portfolio Management.
Portfolio managers at asset management firms operate under increasing pressure: volatile markets, complex portfolios, tightening risk constraints, and the need to make better decisions faster. Static reports and disconnected tools are no longer enough. Portfolio managers need software that helps them understand portfolio positioning, risk usage, and exposure in real time, translate intent into action, and support consistent decision‑making directly at the point of trade.
This is exactly what we are building.
Built on the SimCorp ONE platform, our modern Portfolio Management solution helps portfolio managers monitor portfolios, analyze exposures and risk, evaluate alternatives, and act within coherent, workflow‑driven software designed for true front‑office use.
This role exists because Portfolio Management is a core strategic capability for SimCorp and our clients. Competitive salary, bonus scheme, and pension are essential for any work agreement. However, in SimCorp, we believe we can offer more. Therefore, in addition to the traditional benefit scheme, we provide an excellent work & life balance: flexible work hours, a hybrid workplace model. On top of that, we have IP sprints where you have 3 weeks per quarter you can spend on mastering your skills as well as contributing to the company development. There is never just only one route - we practice an individual approach to professional development to support the direction you want to take.
Most importantly, you can see yourself thriving in the role described above. How you acquired the skills matters less than how you apply them.
You will be a strong fit if you have several of the following:
