We are looking for a Senior E-learning Developer to join the Academity project—a next-generation digital learning initiative designed to transform professional education into an engaging, interactive, and visually rich "edutainment" experience. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between education and entertainment, creating scalable learning products that don't just teach—they inspire. You will work at the intersection of storytelling, gamification, and cutting-edge AI to build content that performs in both B2B and B2C markets.
Location: Valencia, Spain (on-site, full-time, Monday–Friday)
Reporting to: Head of Learning & Development
Key Responsibilities

Design & Develop: Create high-end interactive e-learning modules (SCORM/HTML5) using Articulate 360, Rise, or Captivate.

Edutainment Production: Produce multimedia content—videos, simulations, and gamified elements—tailored specifically for the modern adult learner.

AI-Driven Innovation: Masterfully use AI-powered tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, Genspark, Trooper) for avatars, voiceovers, video generation, and rapid localization.

Full Lifecycle Management: Lead content from initial storyboarding and prototyping to rigorous testing, LMS integration, and global launch.

Collaborate & Transform: Partner with SMEs, Instructional Designers, and Creative teams to turn complex business concepts into "sticky," engaging learning products.

Quality & Optimization: Ensure all materials meet high visual standards, accessibility requirements, and are perfectly optimized for both desktop and mobile.

Impact Tracking: Analyze learner feedback and performance metrics (targeting NPS > 8) to continuously evolve course quality.
Expected Competencies

Instructional Design & UX: A deep understanding of adult learning principles, storytelling, and microlearning techniques to ensure knowledge retention.

Multimedia Mastery: Ability to produce and edit video, audio, and motion design. Familiarity with Canva, After Effects, or Figma is a must.

Technical Excellence: Expert-level knowledge of SCORM standards and seamless integration with LMS platforms (specifically 360Learning).

Agile Collaboration: A performance-oriented mindset with the ability to manage tight deadlines while working cross-functionally with HR, R&D, and Product teams.
