- Manage and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring high availability and strong performance
- Monitor overall database health and system metrics
- Perform tuning and optimization of databases
- Diagnose and resolve database‑related issues
- Refine and enhance SQL procedures and queries
- Develop and deploy database scripts for automation and maintenance tasks
- Administer Change Tracking and Replication processes
- Participate in migration initiatives
- Recommend improvements to processes to enhance availability and performance
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
MUST
- SQL Server 2016, 2019 administration (including SSRS, SSIS)
- Always On Availability Groups
- Transactional Replication
- Strong knowledge of T‑SQL and query‑optimization techniques
- Experience with database performance monitoring and troubleshooting
