- Deep experience leading data organisations, specifically scaling data engineering teams and modern platforms in fast-paced digital businesses.
- A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with the technical depth to guide strategic architecture decisions and build credibility with engineers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data roadmaps into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Confidence with modern data stacks (AWS focus), data governance, and the infrastructure required to run AI and ML at scale.
