We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Intern to build expertise across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and related customer experience technologies.

The role combines business analysis, Adobe solution configuration, data analysis, and technical problem-solving, providing hands-on experience with leading enterprise customer experience and marketing technology platforms.

The successful candidate will support global digital transformation initiatives and work closely with business stakeholders, consultants, developers, and product owners across international teams.

THE WORK:

  • Support functional analysis and business requirements gathering.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Support configuration of low-code/no-code marketing technology platforms.
  • Assist in customer journey, audience, segmentation, and campaign configuration.
  • Perform data analysis, validation, and testing activities.
  • Support defect analysis and solution verification.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams in an Agile environment.
  • Contribute to global digital transformation and customer engagement programmes.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

  • Active student status and availability of at least 30 hours per week.
  • Availability to work from the Warsaw or Łódź office 2–3 days per week.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong interest in Marketing Technology (MarTech), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Analytics, and Customer Experience solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and Java.
  • Understanding of databases, APIs, data models, XML, and JSON.
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI concepts.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Python, TypeScript, Node.js, React, or C#.
  • Git and version control.
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini.
