Responsibilities

  • Operational Ownership
  • Ensure day-to-day operational stability
  • Own resolution of incidents and escalations
  • End-User Support & Incident Management
  • Support users in coordination with Global Service Desk
  • Manage portfolio of incidents and requests (standard and non-standard)
  • Local Applications Support
  • Ensure continuity of local applications
  • Monitor risks and applications performance
  • Community Building & Local IT Network Enablement
  • Promote sharing of best practices, lessons learned, and reusable approaches.
  • Drive adoption of global IT operations policies, standards, and gSOPs locally.
  • Enable location support and resource backup through community collaboration.
