How You’ll Make An Impact
- Develop, test, and optimize advanced prompts for LLM-based applications across HV use cases (e.g. product configuration, technical documentation, RFQ support, pricing logic explanation, customer proposals, and engineering knowledge retrieval).
- Translate complex High Voltage product knowledge (GIS, AIS, major components, lifecycle, standards, and applications) into structured prompts, guardrails, and AI workflows.Design multi-step prompting strategies (e.g. CoT, ReAct, role-based prompting, agentic workflows) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and context awareness.
- Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Pricing, and Sales to embed AI assistants into real business processes.
- Define prompt standards, templates, and best practices to enable scale and reuse across the organization.
- Continuously evaluate prompt performance using qualitative and quantitative metrics (accuracy, hallucination rate, usability, business impact).Work with AI/ML engineers to align prompting logic with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and enterprise data sources.
- Act as a bridge between AI technology and HV product reality—ensuring AI outputs are technically correct, commercially relevant, and compliant with internal standards.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GenAI capabilities, LLM limitations, and emerging prompting techniques, and assess applicability to HV use cases.
- Support change management and adoption by documenting use cases, training users, and explaining AI behavior transparently to business stakeholders.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.
