Join us as a Technical Product Owner at Barclays, where you will play a key role in shaping and delivering technology solutions aligned to strategic business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate product vision into actionable delivery, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and compliant solutions.
This role will be based in Northampton or Radbroke.

To Be Successful As A Technical Product Owner You Should Have: * Agile Product Ownership & Delivery - End-to-end ownership of backlog, roadmap, and sprint delivery across complex platforms, ensuring alignment to business priorities and measurable outcomes. * Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership - Strong ability to influence, align, and drive collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and senior stakeholders. * Enterprise Technology Expertise - Preferable, but not essential, knowledge of enterprise platforms (e.g. Pega, APIs, cloud-based services), with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and resilient technical solutions.
Some Other Highly Valued Skills May Include: * Regulatory Knowledge (Card Scheme Disputes) - Experience or understanding of card scheme dispute regulations (e.g. Visa, Mastercard) and how these translate into servicing and technology requirements. * Fraud Domain Awareness - Experience or knowledge of fraud domain is advantageous, though not essential.
