Trade Surveillance Data Support Specialist
As a Data Support Specialist reporting to Senior Manager - Client Support Services, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and quality of data flows that power Nasdaq's Trade Surveillance platform — a service relied upon by over 150 market participants across 65 markets globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize and manage reported trading data issues through end-to-end incident ownership, ensuring timely resolution and clear client communication.
- Investigate and resolve data flow issues by leveraging server environments and data management tools to identify root causes and implement fixes.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to coordinate releases and deploy bug fixes that improve platform stability.
- Drive continual service improvement initiatives that reduce recurring data issues and elevate the client experience.
- Contribute to the analysis and optimization of existing data flows within the Trade Surveillance application to support scalability and reliability.
This position will be located in Vilnius and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a data analyst, data operations, or technical support role, preferably within financial services or a technology-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience working in Linux environments and with data extraction, transformation, and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to investigate and resolve complex data issues independently in a fast-paced, globally distributed setting.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience working across international teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with market data, trading data, or financial messaging protocols (e.g., FIX).
- Prior experience in trading, capital markets, or a regulated financial services environment.
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
