Organization has a Contact Center Solution in place service various service lines, market segments and corporate functions globally. This platform is based on Genesys COTS software. The project team of 40+ people is distributed across CH, APAC and Poland.
The demand for reporting on contact center activities is growing and expected to grow significantly in the next months. We need extend the reporting capability in this area.
Who we're looking for?
Understanding of complex data models (relational and cube models)
Extensive experience in BI reporting using tools such as Microstrategy or Business Objects
- At least 3 year of experience with at least one of the following reporting platforms: OBIEE, SAP Business Objects, Cognos, MS Reporting Services, Tableau, Power BI.
- At least 3 year of professional experience with SQL Server skills (TSQL); Oracle (PLSQL) skills are a plus.
- Project experience DWH and Business Intelligence domains
- Comprehensive knowledge of software development cycle
- Great self-starter teammate and dedicated problem solver happy to take initiative to improve and ready to go "extra mile"
- You are highly motivated and have corresponding interpersonal skills in English to be able to cooperate in distributed team's environment.
Experience with Genesys CC Pulse or Pulse
Contact Center domain knowledge
