THE WORK: 

• Provide administrative support to managers. 
• Prepare reports and presentations. 
• Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and workshops. 
• Ensure the timely completion of tasks and the effective flow of information. 
• Enter and maintain data in internal systems. 
• Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our business group.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a strong command of both English and Polish (minimum B2 level). 
• Interest in a PMO role, supported by experience gained through project work, student organizations, or similar activities. 
• Based in Warsaw and able to work on-site from the office. 
• Well-organized, communicative, and creative, with a proactive and flexible approach to work. 
• Outgoing and people-oriented, with a genuine passion for building relationships and collaborating with diverse teams.
