The purpose of a Product Owner is to maximize the value of the product by defining a clear product vision (are they setting the vision or would this align to ), managing authoring, refining and prioritizing the Product Backlog balancing trade-offs across desirability, viability and feasibility – making sure the right thing is being ‘built’, and prioritising work based on business goals. They act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring the product meets user/customer needs and delivers optimal value. Product Owners are responsible for developing a roadmap and driving execution of their product area/sub-journey, applying continuous improvement principles and techniques.

Join us as Product Owner Support to help bring digital products and client journeys to life across Wealth Management. In this role, you'll work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to turn priorities into clear actions, support delivery planning and help teams move efficiently from concept to implementation. You'll contribute to the development of digital capabilities that improve client experiences, using client insight, data and emerging technologies, including AI, to help inform business analysis and delivery decisions. You'll help teams stay aligned on priorities, dependencies and progress while supporting the development of digital products that create value for clients and colleagues. This role is based in London, Knutsford, Northampton or Glasgow.

To be successful as a Product Owner Support, you should have experience with: * Product ownership, business analysis using data science and AI, digital delivery, agile delivery or transformation-related roles. * Supporting digital product development through backlog refinement, requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery planning. * Working within cross-functional environments and collaborating with colleagues across business, technology and other supporting functions. * Coordinating priorities, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communications while balancing multiple activities. * Turning ambiguity into clear actions, plans and deliverables, while supporting governance, reporting and delivery activities.
Some other highly valued skills may include: * Experience in wealth management, investing, user experience (UX), customer experience (CX) and digital business building. * Understanding of user experience and customer experience principles, with an interest in improving client journeys through data-informed decision making. * Confidence preparing high-quality updates, presentations and governance materials. * Ability to work with pace, structure and attention to detail while helping teams stay aligned on priorities. * Curiosity about digital innovation, artificial intelligence, emerging technologies and new ways to enhance client and business outcomes.
