Support for program management

We help industrializing, integrating and testing the platform and functional software, especially during critical integration phases approaching start-of-production. Primary:

• Supporting program team members with onboarding for customer resources
• Onboarding (accesses, licenses, etc.) tracking and reporting for program team
• Procurement (HW, SW, others) support for program team; collecting procurement expenses and prepare report for internal stakeholders

Also:

• Administrative support as a part of PMO team: collecting data from project team, reporting, tracking, preparing presentation materials on regular basis;
• Manage project meetings and updates incl. preparations, minutes and following up on actions;
• Document management on Jira, Confluence, SharePoint;
• Carry out both collaborative and individual tasks using your organizational, communication and presentation skills

MUST

• Hands-on experience with onboarding of team members for customer environment / tools - preferable VWG, Cariad
• This role also requires practical experience of 1-2 years working within a process-oriented environment, supporting project management or administrative functions (PMO, PMA etc.).

Hard skills expected include:

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and SharePoint, to create presentations and manage documentation.
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as JIRA and Confluence to facilitate team communication and project tracking.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, charts, and pivot tables, to analyze and present data effectively.
• Ability to quickly learn and incorporate AI tools into daily tasks to enhance productivity.
