About ANYbotics

ANYbotics is a fast-growing tech company dedicated to shaping the future of mobile robotics across multiple industries. Join our highly talented and motivated team of more than 200 people and work on cutting-edge robot technology. We are a leading robotics company specialising in advanced autonomous systems. With a successful Series B financing round closed and strong momentum in the market, we are entering an important phase of growth and international expansion. Our mission is to transform industrial inspection and operations through world-class robotics.

The Opportunity

As Technical Program Manager, you will lead the delivery of one of ANYbotics’ most strategically important robot platform programs, bringing engineering, operations and commercial teams together around a clear and credible path to market. You will lead an integrated robot platform program from charter through development, industrialization, launch, early-life reliability and handover, delivering against agreed specification, schedule and product-cost targets.

Responsibilities

  • Own the integrated program plan against the agreed scope, including the baseline, milestones, dependencies, critical path, COGM targets and delivery gates.
  • Align work across hardware, software, industrialization, supply chain, certification, quality, verification and validation, service and launch readiness, maintaining one credible view of progress for senior stakeholders.
  • Work through functional leaders and named workstream owners to establish clear responsibilities, identify capability gaps and secure credible delivery commitments.
  • Identify risks and cross-functional trade-offs early, bringing forward practical options with their technical, cost and schedule implications, together with a clear recommendation.
  • Drive evidence-based program reviews and consolidated delivery readiness across quality, certification, service and launch, adapting the plan early when assumptions or technical evidence change.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate agreed requirements into an executable delivery plan, including the certification and country sequencing needed to support launch.
  • Work with the CTO and Operations on make-or-buy decisions, industrialization and external-partner execution, ensuring clear interfaces, commitments and acceptance criteria.

ANYbotics offers the opportunity to join at a stage where the technology is proven, the ambition is high, and the decisions made now will have a major impact on the company’s future. We provide a highly visible, hands-on leadership role where you will have the opportunity to strengthen how ANYbotics runs complex product development and help shape our broader program-management capability as the company grows.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant experience leading complex technical programs in robotics, autonomous systems, industrial technology, automotive, aerospace, medical devices or another advanced hardware environment.
  • Proven experience shipping a certified, volume-manufactured mechatronic product and leading it through development, industrialization and commercial launch.
  • Strong engineering foundation in mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, robotics, systems engineering or a similarly relevant discipline.
  • Technical depth to understand system architecture, challenge senior technical specialists and recognise system-level risks without needing to design every solution personally.
  • Strong command of program-planning methods, critical-path management, structured product-development processes and disciplined change control.
  • Practical experience across product cost, industrialization, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, certification and external technology or manufacturing partners.
  • Proven ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders, resolve competing viewpoints and create alignment without relying on direct authority.
  • Decisive, resilient and highly organised, with the judgement and communication skills to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment and make progress with incomplete information.

Bonus Points

  • Direct experience delivering industrial robots, autonomous machines or other complex mechatronic systems.
  • Experience with products operating in safety-critical, hazardous or highly regulated environments.
  • Experience developing a new product through platform reuse, architectural evolution or a tightly controlled derivative program.
  • Experience with international product certification, including CE, UL or comparable market-access requirements.
  • Experience transferring products from prototype or internal production into serial production with an EMS, ODM or other external manufacturing partner.
