At Rover, pets and their people are at the heart of everything we do. We connect pet parents with trusted pet care across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Australia. Headquartered in Seattle and Barcelona, we’re a values driven, fast-growing tech company focused on building safe and personalized experiences tailored to the needs of each unique pet. We’re investing in AI as a business accelerator and provide every team member access to AI tools in service of creating better experiences for our community.
Rover's portfolio of pet care brands spans the globe — and as we acquire and grow those brands, someone has to make each integration real: migrating the systems, aligning the roadmaps, and shaping the experiences that make a brand feel right for its market. You'll join Rover's Technical Program Management team, a small and growing function that sits at the center of how engineering delivers complex, cross-functional work. Your focus is Partnerships and Integrations: standing up new brand experiences and folding acquired businesses into the Rover ecosystem. You'll partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams across our Barcelona and Seattle offices to define the integration strategy and product direction, bring clarity to ambiguous problems, sequence the work, manage dependencies, and surface risk before it becomes a problem.
In the greater Barcelona area the first-year salary range is €68,994 - €83,630. Additionally, Rover offers a long-term incentive plan with a company performance-based cash payout and benefits to full-time employees.
