About the Job
The Security Policy and Coordination Sector (SPCS) develops and coordinates eu-LISA’s security governance framework, ensuring compliance with the EU regulatory framework, international standards and industry best practices. The Sector works closely with internal and external stakeholders, supports security and business continuity networks, and contributes to the Security and Continuity Strategy through policy development, audit support, compliance reporting and annual planning.
Responsibilities
You will: * Coordinate and develop security governance documents. * Map Operating Procedures in the areas of Security Policy and Coordination. * Draft documentation for security outreach activities and stakeholder management * Support in providing training for eu-LISA personnel. * Organise security related events with internal and external stakeholders.
WE OFFER an opportunity to work in a prestigious EU Agency within a multicultural environment, with a gross hourly salary of EUR 23.35 (equivalent to an average monthly salary of 3922 EUR).
- Post-secondary education attested by a diploma, advantage: a university degree
- At least 3 years of hands-on professional experience in the field.
- Great command of written and spoken English (minimum C1).
- Experience in security governance, risk and compliance, including contract/budget management and project coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management, cross-cultural communication and consensus-building skills in an international environment.
