Project Description

We're looking for experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) professionals to join one of our clients in the financial sector. We currently have opportunities in both Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Depending on your background, you'll contribute to designing and implementing secure identity solutions, defining authentication and authorization strategies, or strengthening privileged access security across cloud and on-premises environments. You'll collaborate closely with Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and API teams to deliver scalable, secure, and highly available solutions.

Your responsibilities

Depending on your area of expertise, you will:

  • Design and implement CIAM or PAM solutions.
  • Define identity, authentication, and privileged access strategies.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Integrate identity platforms with IAM, SIEM, API gateways, and cloud services.
  • Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security teams.
  • Support cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to improving security, scalability, and operational resilience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management or Cybersecurity.
  • A valid CISSP certificate.
  • Strong experience in either CIAM or PAM solutions.
  • Experience with cloud environments and modern security architectures.
  • Knowledge of authentication, authorization, identity federation, and access management concepts.
  • Experience collaborating within DevOps and CI/CD environments.
  • Familiarity with SIEM and security monitoring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicative English (you will be working with an international client).

Key technologies used in the project

CIAM: Auth0, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Azure AD B2C / Entra External ID, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, MFA, API Security. PAM: CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, RBAC, Privileged Access Management, Security Monitoring, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the banking or financial sector.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor other engineers.
