Join some of the most innovative thinkers in FinTech as we lead the evolution of financial technology. If you are an innovative, curious, collaborative person who embraces challenges and wants to grow, learn and pursue outcomes with our prestigious financial clients, say Hello to SimCorp!
At its foundation, SimCorp is guided by our values – caring, customer success-driven, collaborative, curious, and courageous. Our people-centered organization focuses on skills development, relationship building, and client success. We take pride in cultivating an environment where all team members can grow, feel heard, valued, and empowered.
As a global leader in our space, SimCorp is on a journey to transform from a traditional enterprise software company into a technology-enabled services business, while maintaining our double-digit, highly profitable growth. To further support and drive this journey, we are transitioning to a horizontal delivery model, aligned to client outcomes. Within this setup, the Technical Enablement team plays a critical role in ensuring that value stream teams have the technical foundations, tooling, infrastructure, and support needed to deliver efficiently and reliably.
We are looking for an IT Support Consultant who enjoys solving complex technical problems, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes ownership of issues from start to finish.
The Technical Enablement team is often the last point of escalation when delivery teams encounter technical challenges. As an IT Support Consultant, you will act as a trusted technical partner, helping teams navigate infrastructure, tooling, testing, and configuration-related issues.
You will investigate problems, coordinate with specialist teams when required, and ensure issues are followed through to resolution. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a structured troubleshooting mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This is not a traditional helpdesk role. You will be expected to understand technical systems, read and debug code when needed, and contribute to improving the reliability and efficiency of our delivery environment.
For over 50 years, we have worked closely with investment and asset managers to become the world’s leading provider of integrated investment management solutions. We are 4,000+ colleagues with a broad range of nationalities, education, professional experiences, ages, and backgrounds in general.
SimCorp is an independent subsidiary of the Deutsche Börse Group. Following the recent merger with Axioma, we leverage the combined strength of our brands to provide an industry-leading, full, front-to-back offering for our clients.
Attractive salary, bonus scheme, and pension are essential for any work agreement. However, in SimCorp, we believe we can offer more. Therefore, in addition to the traditional benefit scheme, we provide a good work and life balance: flexible working hours and a hybrid workplace model. SimCorp follows a global hybrid policy, asking employees to work from the office two days each week while allowing remote work on other days. There is never just only one route - we practice a personalized approach to professional development to support the direction you want to take.
Your high-quality communication, coordination and interpersonal skills will enable you to direct all activities to planned outcomes. As our preferred candidate, you will have:
