About the Role

At Glovo, we are building the future of cities by enabling anyone to get any product from any store in their city delivered in minutes. Our goal is to provide on-demand delivery infrastructure for every city in the world.

Store Wall is the foundational layer of the customer app—the first screen users see when they open Glovo. It's where the customer journey begins, housing the primary navigation, content discovery mechanisms, and core UI abstractions that power the entire platform. As Senior Product Manager for Store Wall, you'll own the technical platform that enables dozens of product teams to deliver their features to millions of users.

This is platform product management at its finest. You won't own a single customer-facing feature—you'll build the systems and abstractions that make all features possible. Your work will directly impact every user session, every team's velocity, and the entire app's scalability. You'll partner with top-tier engineers to solve complex architectural challenges while balancing technical excellence with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Platform Strategy: Define and drive the technical roadmap for Store Wall as the foundational platform layer, balancing long-term architectural vision with immediate business needs across +20 markets.
  • Systems Architecture: Lead the development of core UI abstractions, widget frameworks, and platform APIs that enable multiple product teams to build features without creating technical debt or dependencies.
  • Technical Enablement: Build the infrastructure that allows teams to ship fast while maintaining app performance, consistency, and quality—your success is measured by how effectively you multiply others' output.
  • Cross-Team Orchestration: Manage complex dependencies across multiple product teams who rely on Store Wall infrastructure, ensuring alignment without blocking progress.
  • Performance at Scale: Ensure Store Wall performs flawlessly for millions of daily users across diverse markets, devices, and network conditions—optimize loading times, memory usage, and rendering efficiency.
  • Engineering Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with exceptional engineers to solve deep technical challenges, from state management to component architecture to backwards compatibility.
  • Platform Governance: Define standards, APIs, and patterns that maintain platform integrity while giving teams flexibility—be the technical product voice that prevents chaos.
  • Impact Measurement: Define KPIs that capture platform health: page load times, crash rates, team velocity metrics, API adoption, technical debt levels, and cross-functional satisfaction.
