Role Overview
This role owns the data engineering-lite work behind CreatorIQ's custom client deliverables — sourcing, cleaning, and transforming data across multiple accounts, and building the pipelines and scripts that keep that work reliable and repeatable. It's a technical growth track distinct from client-facing reporting work, with a path toward deeper data-engineering scope over time, supporting CreatorIQ's ability to deliver clean, trustworthy data at scale for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain ETL pipelines across multiple client accounts, cleaning, reconciling, and joining messy multi-source exports
- Write production Python scripts for data transformation, taxonomies, and custom reports clients can maintain on their own systems
- Integrate with ad-platform and partner APIs (Meta, TikTok, and others) to pull and structure data
- Mentor junior team members on data hygiene and QC their work before client delivery
- Partner with the analytics and Strategic Intelligence teams to scope new custom deliverables

Requirements
- Advanced SQL and Python skills
- Real ETL experience, including cleaning, reconciling, and dedup logic
- API integration experience
- Ability to scope and own technical work across multiple clients with minimal oversight
Nice to have
- Exposure to identity-resolution or customer-match style data work
- Familiarity with warehouse tools (e.g., Snowflake) or workflow automation (e.g., n8n)
- Basic stats or marketing-science literacy
