About CreatorIQ

CreatorIQ is the operating system for creator-led growth, helping global brands and agencies transform creator marketing into an intelligence-driven growth engine. Powered by the Creator Graph™, which processes more than 250 million social posts daily across more than 15 million creators worldwide, CreatorIQ unifies fragmented platform data into a centralized intelligence layer and system of record for creator relationships, performance, governance, and commerce. More than 1,300 organizations—including Dentsu, Delta Air Lines, Google, Beiersdorf, Nestlé, and Wella—rely on CreatorIQ as the infrastructure to run and scale their creator programs globally.

The Role: Software Engineer - Measurement & Reporting

CreatorIQ manages enormous volumes of creator and campaign data on behalf of some of the world’s most recognizable brands. As a Software Engineer on our Measurement & Reporting team, you’ll develop and extend the systems thousands of clients use every day to understand how their creator programs perform. It’s a role for someone who enjoys finding meaning in data and crafting clean software that genuinely solves customer problems — and the work sits at the center of how CreatorIQ turns raw platform data into the intelligence our clients act on.

Responsibilities

  • Build and extend the measurement and reporting systems that thousands of CreatorIQ clients rely on every day.
  • Develop AI-enabled product functionality, including MCP servers that make CreatorIQ’s measurement data accessible to AI-driven workflows.
  • Translate complex analytical requirements into clear, well-modeled SQL and application logic.
  • Ship changes to large production systems, including production database schema migrations, without disrupting the clients depending on them.
  • Apply test-driven development, defining testing strategies and building the test harnesses that keep a data-heavy system dependable as it grows.
  • Break down complex data problems into well-scoped, deliverable steps.
  • Use AI-assisted coding tools in your day-to-day development to move faster without compromising quality.
  • Communicate complex analytical and technical topics clearly to engineers and non-engineers alike.
