Job Purpose:
Join our Cloud Systems & Services team and help drive operational excellence across TD SYNNEX's Cloud Marketplace business in 21+ European countries. As a Marketplace & Process Analyst, you will optimize business processes, support country teams and partners, improve platform adoption, and collaborate with sales, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Freshdesk queues and ensure timely resolution of support requests.
- Act as the main point of contact for country teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and service quality.
- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support vendor-related operational activities and platform management.
- Provide operational insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with IT and platform teams to enhance business operations.
- Drive user adoption and best practices across cloud and digital platforms.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in process improvement, operations, or business analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Cloud, SaaS, eCommerce, or IT services environments.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Freshdesk or similar), Excel, reporting tools, and process documentation.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Understanding of IT distribution, vendor ecosystems, or channel business is an advantage.
- Interest in Cybersecurity technologies and cloud security concepts.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Security Fundamentals (SC-900), AWS Cloud Practitioner, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or vendor cybersecurity certifications are highly valued.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
