Location & Travel

This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere in Poland. The role includes occasional international travel for project workshops, stakeholder meetings, and transformation-related activities across Europe.

• Several years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, Transformation, PMO/PCO, or related roles
• Proven experience supporting global business or IT transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience working with senior leaders and international project teams
• Ability to translate complex organizational challenges into practical solutions
• Strong communication, facilitation, and training capabilities
• Experience in Agile environments and fast-changing organizations
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in Finance, HR, Shared Services, Business Services, or IT transformation environments will be a strong advantage

Nice to Have:

• Prosci certification or other recognized Change Management certifications
• Experience with Train-the-Trainer programs
• Exposure to global ERP, HR, Finance, or enterprise platform implementations
• PMO or Project Governance experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for global transformation programs
• Drive stakeholder engagement and build commitment across multiple business functions
• Support implementation of enterprise-wide technology and process changes
• Assess change impacts, adoption risks, and organizational readiness
• Coordinate communication, training, and user adoption activities across regions
• Partner with project teams, business leaders, Finance, HR, and IT stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and lead change-related discussions with global audiences
• Support local change communities and promote change management best practices
• Collaborate with external implementation partners, vendors, and consultants
• Measure adoption success and continuously improve change management approaches
