Role Overview
MoonPay Enterprise is one of the more operationally complex products in the stablecoin space. KYB (Know Your Business) is the front door. Every partner is a business, and every business customer of every partner clears KYB before a single transaction moves. KYB must become a product: measurable, fast, API-first, and defensible in front of regulators and banking partners. This is a principal seat where you set the multi-year direction for how businesses enter MoonPay Enterprise.
Responsibilities
- KYB product strategy & roadmap: Own business onboarding end-to-end across all models. Connect surfaces like KYC, Travel Rule capture, and banking-provider onboarding. Decide on expansion across delivery models (reliance, outsourcing, hosted).
- Onboarding funnel & conversion: Own the KYB funnel, including pass rate, time-to-verified, manual review rate, and drop-off per step. Instrument the funnel to make approval speed and rejection quality measurable and improve them. Fix rejection UX to provide clear reasons and retry semantics.
- KYB API & partner experience: Manage the KYB API surface, including statuses, webhooks, and document submission. Ensure partners can integrate KYB in weeks and self-serve onboarding questions.
- Compliance as product: Translate compliance-approved onboarding matrices into product logic. Shape how policy becomes product in collaboration with the compliance team.
- Vendor & provider orchestration: Manage the verification stack (e.g., SumSub) and make build-versus-buy decisions. Push automation, including AI-assisted review, and ensure KYB remains compatible with every banking rail.

- A principal-level PM with real KYB or KYC depth; you have owned onboarding, identity, verification, or risk as a platform.
- High agency: you find problems, claim them, and fix them without waiting for a mandate.
- Full autonomy: capable of taking an unowned surface from first principles to shipped.
- AI-fluent by default: use AI tools daily for analysis, prototyping, and drafting.
- Ability to treat compliance as a design constraint, not a blocker.
- Deep understanding of funnel metrics: pass rate, time-to-verified, manual review rate, and cost per verification.
- Experience in API-first B2B environments where users are partner engineers.
- Experience running verification vendors (SumSub, Persona, or equivalents) and knowing when to switch, stack, or build.
- A multiplier for the product team who raises the bar for how compliance-heavy product work gets scoped, specced, and shipped.
