An exciting opportunity has become available to join Boeing Poland sp. z o.o. as an Associate Software DevOps Engineer based in Gdańsk, Poland.

As an Associate Software DevOps Engineer you will join the AvionX Poland team consisting of highly skilled, high performing engineering team members supporting multiple product lines across Boeing AvionX.
Position responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Software DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role drives automation, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and operational excellence for cloud-native and on-premise embedded systems. The ideal candidate is an experienced engineer who can design and implement scalable, secure, and observable deployment pipelines, mentor engineers, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve reliability and delivery velocity.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 2+ years of professional experience
- English proficiency
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with Build tools (Bazel, CMake, Maven, Bitbake)
- Familiarity with configuration and infrastructure management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Salt
- Demonstrated design and system thinking skills
- Collaborating in international and multi-national projects
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and Linux system administration
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
