This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include the following:
1. Enable transformation
- Maintain Security & Risk product portfolio and support investment prioritization process
- Support Technology Security & Risk product and service owners in relation to Agile practices & education
- Continually review budget and resource allocation across projects to ensure alignment with priorities
- Incorporate emerging risks and trends in cybersecurity into future organizational investment decisions
- Co-ordinate preparations, inputs and outputs for the quarterly portfolio Big Room Planning sessions
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Tech Security & Risk portfolio performance management systems and processes
- Produce and publish regular Tech Security and Risk portfolio performance metrics to senior stakeholders
- Co-ordinate and facilitate key portfolio governance processes and forums
2. Support the Global Cybersecurity Performance Director in activities to deliver Technology Security & Risk priorities
- As requested, support Portfolio Management Director with scheduling, location logistics, follow ups, presentation preparation, dashboards and outcome tracking
- Build strong, trusted, working relationships with Tech Security & Risk senior leaders to assist them in effectively managing their projects and portfolio investments
- Lead relevant projects which are key priority for the CISO
Who we're looking for?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the subject matter of project, programme and portfolio management
- Strong English skills (min. C1 level)
- Deep knowledge of Digital/Tech; Enterprise Resource Planning/Finance/Human Resources/Procurement/performance management
- Project and portfolio management experience using agile methodology
- Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills
