    Youssef Yaacoub

    UX|UI Designer

I work closely with product owners and developers to make the different DB Schenker applications work and look better. Together we seek to simplify the relationship between the people and the products they use, taking into consideration business goals, technological constraints, and tests results. The colleagues I work with are from different professional and cultural backgrounds which is very enriching on a career and personal level.

    Marta Grodzka

    Product Owner

I'm responsible for the effective implementation of changes in DB Schenker's IT systems. Together with my squad, we translate business needs into specific technical changes. The most valuable for me is the cooperation with partners from many countries. I have the opportunity to meet wonderful people, make my best to understand their needs, and finally provide suitable solutions. Being in close contact with colleagues from many countries makes this work unique for me!

    Waldek Stępniak

    Test Lead

What I appreciate the most is working with my talented colleagues, supporting them, and getting pleasantly surprised with their solutions to various problems encountered during the implementation of the projects. I support my team in delivering the highest quality software possible which includes reviewing requirements, manual testing, setting goals for automatic regression, and taking care of feedback.

    Rafał Przekop

    Software Engineer

I’m responsible for the development of the DB Schenker global website for customers. We use here the newest technologies like Kotlin, Kafka, Kubernetes, and what I really appreciate is that the development teams in our company can decide which technologies will be used in a given project. I appreciate that the development teams in our company are usually small and we can adjust our working and communication style to our needs.

    Ana Costa

    Solution Designer

I'm responsible for developing creative and easy to work solutions based on business demands. My squad works on two mobile applications supporting our employees in Sweden. We have here people from different parts of the globe, making the atmosphere interesting, diverse, relaxed, and committed at the same time. My favorite part of working here is how much space and support there is to grow not only as a professional but also as a person. This is what keeps me in love with my job!
