Who we are?

Adtran (formerly ADVA) is a global company defining the future network with innovative next-generation solutions that enable telecommunication service providers to deliver voice, data and video services to homes and businesses. 

We have been present in Poland since 2003. The biggest Research and Development department of the whole company is located in our business office in Gdynia. We hire nearly 500 employees, more than half of which are: Software Engineers, Software and Telecom Equipment’s Testers, Architects, DevOps and Technical Support Engineers. We offer a hybrid and fully remote work model. 

What we do?

We are specialized in AI (driven business logic), Cloud based SaaS with AWS, Optical Networks (WDM), Access Networks (Carrier Ethernet and NFV), Synchronization Devices, Network Management Software

We are a home to one of the largest Research and Development laboratories for telecommunications technology. We currently explore how the latest advances in AI can help us deliver the highest quality products. 

ADVA & Adtran merge 

In 2023 Adtran officially combined with ADVA to create a global leader in scalable, end-to-end fiber networking solutions for communication service providers, enterprises and government customers. The merger united Adtran fiber access, fiber extension, and subscriber connectivity technology with ADVA’s innovation in data center interconnect solutions for large enterprises, business Ethernet and network synchronization.

Both companies are pioneers in open, disaggregated solutions with a shared vision for the future of fiber networking. Our combined business offers a comprehensive portfolio for providing homes, businesses and 5G infrastructure with scalable, secure and assured fiber connectivity, paired with cloud-managed Wi-Fi connectivity and SaaS applications. 

How we recruit in Adtran? 

Our recruitment process consists of 4 steps only!

  2. Application screen -if your experience and skills match the job requirements, we will call you to schedule an interview.
  3. Interview - you will meet our HR representative and the Technical Manager during the remote interview on Teams.Most important is to get to know each other better. We will introduce our company and the job role. We will listen about your experience, skills, motivations and expectations.
  4. Feedback - we always inform you about the recruitment decision. We will call you directly to provide feedback and welcome to our team! ;)
