In 2014, Marcin started Toolbox for HR to support a promising Silicon Valley startup in need of top tech talent. Marcin hired Agata to help him with the mission and run the project from 12m2 in Dolny Mokotow. In 2016, together with 20 awesome Toolboxers and slightly more square meters in our new office in BUW, we have created one of the most powerful tech recruitment operations in the world. We are creating recruitment strategies, running international recruitment projects and building teams for rising start-ups as well as big players worldwide.
