An ideal candidate has strong understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrencies and is willing to specialize in building decentralized solutions and solve real problems.

In case of Ethereum, an ideal candidate is a full stack developer with solid unit testing and devops skills, willing to deep dive into the world of smart contracts and decentralized applications. Experience with ES6/7, React, Node.js, NoSQL, Linux, Docker is necessary. Exposure to Web3.js, Solidity, Truffle, Go, Geth, distributed systems and functional programming is a huge asset. Ability to prototype rapidly is a plus as well.
