To provide 1st & 2nd level of T24 Core Banking support and work with L1/L2/L3 Support analysts from other system platforms and/or IT operations to support Core Banking (T24) application
Assist business units with the functionality of T24 software.
Support day to day operations of the bank in regards to T24 applications
Provide point of contact for any issues for minor / major incidents raised post after business hours
Check database files for size and integrity.
Daily procedures control and logs analysis - backups and restores, failed builds, Model Bank creation, regression tests, and integrity checks
Assistance to developers and business consultants
Lead production incidents, ensure appropriate ownership and where necessary, solution and rollout interim/long term fixes or workaround to temporary mitigate or prevent a re-occurrences of the issue.
Ensure coordination of department across line teams to handle production incidents, regardless it is major or minor in nature.
Provide issue/incident related guidance, assistance and coordination among inter and intra department teams and follow up on kind ensures resolution.

Who we're looking for?
Need to have prior knowledge of Banking products, and understanding of T24 configurations
Temenos portfolio with expert knowledge in T24 with additional knowledge on others like FCM and Analytics will be of advantage.
Proficiency in T24 related technologies like TAFJ, ORACLE, FCM, Integration & Iteration frameworketc. are preferred
Fair knowledge on the corporate banking business process and functions will be an advantage
Outstanding problem solving skills and presentation skills (in a meeting room and in remote meeting place)
Experience in handling offshore team's outputs
Good written, verbal communication skills & management reporting
You possess a good amount of flexibility and have a positive 'can- do' attitude
Must be fluent in English – verbal and writtenNICE TO HAVE
