Develocraft is currently looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our client’s growing technology team. In this role, you will manage multiple software development projects in parallel—overseeing delivery, coordinating teams, controlling budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work within Agile methodologies, collaborating closely with developers, stakeholders, and external clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for IT/software development initiatives.
- Supervise several projects at once, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Lead and motivate development teams to achieve project goals.
- Communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders to align on priorities and expectations.
- Monitor risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate project documentation and ensure transparency across teams.
- Foster Agile/Scrum best practices and lead project ceremonies.

- Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in IT project management—ideally in a software house or dynamic product environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse project teams.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results under pressure and manage client expectations.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strategic mindset.
- Experience with project tools and tracking software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- PMP or Scrum Master certification is a strong plus.
- Working proficiency in English.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field.
- Working proficiency in French.
