•  Leading and managing small and large testing projects simultaneously for insurance companies 
• Define test strategy, planning, work estimations 
• Implement working process and methodologies 
• Manage, support and advice the QA Team Leaders 
• People management 
• Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with client management, business users & IT 
• On-going communication with Sapiens UAT & QA managements 
• Taking ownership of deliverables and ensure to do thorough follow ups with different stakeholders and achieve deliverables on time.
• Demonstrating leadership in front of customer and drive various QA activities with having birds eye view of overall timelines and without hesitation to dive into details, if required.
• Being practical during challenging situations and be flexible to adapt QA plans to overall program timelines and closely work with program managers and customer to track progress.

• Extensive experience in software testing including different SDLC models and familiarity with quality standards and software KPIs
• Proven experience as Test Manager in global complex software projects
• Experience with managing 10-15 people test teams
• Computer Science university degree or equivalent
• Experience in working with large global software development companies
• Good communication and customer facing skills
• Team player with excellent human relationships skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a group while handling projects
• Strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks
• Ability to travel
• Solid English language skills
• Experience in test management of General Insurance – advantage
