Project description

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include the following:

  • Facilitate the release process work across all the Service Management Platform and Automation agile teams to drive delivery of value
  • Manage execution of the agile solution releases of features and capabilities using ServiceNow capabilities and other information radiators to optimize the flow of value
  • Manage risks and dependencies; resolves any collisions or discrepancies; provides input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
  • Presides over Delivery and Portfolio Demand governance boards
  • Support the Product Management and Architecture teams with customers both internal and external to gather Product feature requirements and to help assure strategy and execution alignment
  • Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs)
  • Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings
  • Work with Process Owners, Service Owners, Product Owners and other stakeholders to help ensure execution alignment
  • Manage the agile product delivery resources shared across the service management platform agile dev/ops scrum teams

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Significant experience in Release Management as a leader and coach for the agile solution releases of the Service Management Automation platform (ServiceNow)
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow system
  • ITIL Foundations Certification ver. 4
  • Strong English skills (min C1 level)
  • Proven ability to build and maintain high performance teams that can deliver sustainable agile initiatives faster, better and more cost effectively
  • Possesses expertise and a great deal of experience in business/functional area - performing broad range of activities without guidance, with significant personal autonomy, delivering sustainable value-adding outcomes in a range of contexts etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain/articulate to others the knowledge and skills needed for this competency, in order to support their development

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • ServiceNow Foundations training
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Professional
  • Scaled Agile Framework training
