- Password Resets for users
- Maintenance and operation of Self-Service Portal in ServiceNOW
- AD Maintenance (Windows patching ~2x/yr, issue triage, health monitoring)
- Reporting (generating ~20 reports/week)
- Security Tools Operations (running tools such as Tenable, assessing results, distributing reports)
MUST
- Active Directory Services, including AD Objects like Groups, OUs and Group Policies.
- Active Directory Federation Services, including the use of ADFS for Single Sign On.
- Security Tooling, including the use of Tenable IO scans.
- Excel to produce and analyze reports for end users.
- Good written/verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Good planning, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and completing work with high degree of accuracy.
- SSO; Network Security, Splunk.
