- Custom Fiori Application Development:
- Design, develop, and implement custom SAP Fiori applications to enhance the user experience for Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transport Management (TM) processes.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to understand business requirements and translate them into Fiori app functionalities.
- U15 Development:
- Utilize SAPUIS to create responsive and user-friendly Interfaces for Fiori applications in the areas of warehouse and transport management.
- Implement Fiori design principles to ensure a consistent and intuitive user interface.
- Integration with SAP EWM and TM:
- Integrate custom Fiori applications seamlessly with SAP Extended Warehouse Management and Transport Management modules.
- Ensure data consistency and real-time communication between Fiori apps and the backend SAP systems.
- Enhancements and Extensions:
- Extend standard Fiori apps and create custom UIS applications to address specific business requirements within warehouse and transport management processes.
- Enhance existing Fiori apps with additional features and capabilities.
- Interfaces and Connectivity:
- Develop interfaces and establish connectivity between Fioriapps and other SAP modules or external systems.
- Leverage OData services and SAP Gateway for smooth data exchange.
- Performance Optimization:
- Identify and Implement performance optimizations within Fiori applications, ensuring optimal response times and user experience.
- Collaborate with backend developers for efficient data retrieval and processing.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting:
- Investigate and resolve issues related to Fiori app development, ensuring seamless functionality across various devices and platforms.
- Utilize Fiori debugging tools for effective troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for custom Fiori developments, including technical specifications, coding standards, and change logs.
- Provide documentation for knowledge transfer to support and maintenance teams.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP EWM and TM functional consultants, business analysts, and other developers, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise on Fiori-related development activities.
- Testing:
- Conduct unit testing and support integration testing of custom Fiori applications.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability and functionality of developed Fiori solutions.
MUST
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in UI5 based application development using MVC architecture.
- Extensive experience as an SAP Fiori Developer with a focus on Warehouse and Transport Management.
- Proficiency in SAP UI5, Fiori app development, and Fiori design principles. Strong understanding of SAP EWM and TM functionalities and processes.
- Experience with SAP Fiori Elements and Smart Controls.
- Hands-on experience in creating oData services, CDS views and ABAP Service implementations mainly M the functional area of S/4HANA Retail, EWM, Transport Management.
- Well versed in Object Oriented Programming concepts.
- Experience in customizing and extending standard Fiori Apps.
- Experience in working with cloud services based on SAP BTP is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
